Had a spacious room with AC, a nice bath, and a comfy seating area. Toiletries like conditioner and body soap were provided. Free WiFi and satellite channels. The private bathroom included a bidet and good towels. Rooftop terrace is lovely, complete with sun umbrellas to chill under after a long day. Perfect!

The location is convenient for exploring the city. The room had a lot of noise.

great hotel, i greatly enjoyed its very central location just next door to ourika valley, the markets, and the square, palaces and souks. the service was impeccable, the food was brilliant. moreover, i parked nearby. i came here for 4 nights and had a nice stay.

The bathroom I had was terrible.

There is a lot of excellent food for breakfast. The hotel offers excellent location to Ourika valley. Friendly and helpful staff as one would expect.

The air conditioning barely worked, but the room was decent size and had a safe.

The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the Medina, yet the noise from the street was quite high when windows were open.

Riad Marrakech is a food lover's paradise! The breakfast spread was good, offering both sweet and salty options to kickstart our day. Plus, the room was unexpectedly spacious, possibly upgraded for our comfort. Just a stone's throw from local gems like Pik-Nik Snack and Dar Nejjarine, you'll never go hungry here!

No worries though, it all got sorted, and we stayed put at Riad Marrakech, where the charm never waned despite the mix-up!

Warm hospitality amidst Marrakech bustle

Waking up to the aroma of freshly baked pastries every morning was pure bliss. The rooftop terrace provided a serene escape with lovely city views as we enjoyed our breakfast.

Though the overall experience was pleasant, I found the air conditioning lacking. On particularly warm nights, it struggled to keep the room cool.

The facilities were mediocre, the noise from the street was unbearable, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I mean, I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade after the inconvenience, yet nothing of the sort happened. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't, honestly.

The staff was particularly charming and helpful, especially Mustafa at the front desk.

Prices slightly higher than expected.

The location of this place is excellent as it's just a minute's walk from Bab Agnaou City Gate, and there is a variety of food options available on the terrace.

This place is lovely and conveniently situated in the Medina district close to the square and souks, as well as near the Ourika valley.
